The CH'TI beer was
brewed for the first time to Bénifontaine (north of France) in 1978. The CH'TI
benefits from a duration of exceptional nurse and stays one of the rare beers
obtained by infusion.
This process which privileges the quality allows to set the best some malt.
This natural and warm beer just like people of the North, pulls its name of
" Parler Picard " ("dialect of the north of France")
